HTP instructors are highly qualified with extensive experience in hotel ownership and management, wholesale food operations, HACCP, food safety plans, managing restaurant and bar facilities, chef’s training, and hiring and training staff for the hospitality industry.
A broad knowledge of microbiology, organic chemistry and sociology, along with hands-on experience in every department of the hospitality industry ensures our trainers are well equipped to providing the best training in food service and occupational health and safety.
We specialize in teaching clients with alternative learning needs. Our instructors draw upon public speaking and corporate presentation skills to deliver key messages in a variety of different languages. Alternative teaching methods are applied for English as a Second Language (ESL) students. HTP is pleased to offer in-house group training in Cantonese and Mandarin. Courses can also be facilitated with signers for the deaf.
